Recently Economic Times organized, Intelligent Communication Forum 2008, this is a  half-day B2B event wherein 4 parallel tracks on different verticals namely IT & ITES, BFSI, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, are conducted. The forum has captive audience of around 50 persons, which include eminent CEOs, MDs, CIOs and CTOs of the Companies from that vertical.

Rakhee was invited to the forum as a panelist to talk on issues around "employee efficiency, customer satisfaction and efficient business processes". The other panelist who shared the dais with Rakhee include Mr. Ritesh Jayswal, Director-Industry Solutions, AVAYA GlobalConnect, P V Ramadas, VP-Technology HCL, Technologies Ltd , Mr Ashish Gupta, COO, Evalueserve.

The forum gave DVS opportunity to interact with many prospects and hence served as a networking opportunity.
