What is Retail Centre of Excellence (RCoE)?

Dynamic Vertical Solutions (DVS) launched its "Retail Centre of Excellence" on Wednesday 22nd September, 2010 at its Head Office in Gurgaon, India. The launch was as magnanimous as the paradigm shift that the centre looks to bring to the business world, with leaders from various domains converging to bring about a positive change to the corporate environment. The RCoE launch witnessed a flow of innovative ideas and insightful updates from industry forerunners who were all there in unison to support the initiative.

The "Retail Centre of Excellence" is an initiative to transform the structural as well as the operational business models in India by leveraging cutting edge technologies and innovative solutions rendered by functional and cross domain experts from the retail, real estate and hospitality industries worldwide. It brings the industry leaders from these sectors on a common platform where they can get a live demonstration of vertical specific scenarios and experience how the world is coping with them through ingenious and best in class practices. This 'first of its kind' initiative in India is aimed at fostering a fruitful collaboration between the industry associations, key business drivers and domain experts which can propel the businesses towards operational excellence through expert insights and innovative solutions.

Key Objectives and Initiatives

  • Showcase the state of the art technology lab at DVS Headquarters for a 'never before seen' live demonstration of sub vertical Industry specific scenarios across the Retail, Hospitality and Real Estate solution offerings, together with industry best practices and cutting edge technologies;
  • The Centre is open to the public every Wednesday between 2-5pm, where our professional consultants and domain experts look forward to advising you on your business strategy, solution roadmap and bringing in best practices from across the globe to ensure you and your customers derive maximum service benefits;
  • Educate the Indian retailer and transform him into a "Power seller" and a customer centric business by publishing whitepapers on latest solutions catering to the sub-vertical needs;
  • Organize thought leadership events to facilitate knowledge and experience sharing which acts as an educative platform for the Industry;
  • Take technology to all parts of the country (especially tier II and tier III cities) helping businesses both big and small in delivering superior quality services to their customers;
  • Conduct audits for on-going/completed retail implementations.
